Description of Service
We are providing an online course called Experiencial Math Content Creator (“EMCC”) for teachers and teacher trainees. You may use our services for your personal growth and that of your students. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the equipment necessary to use our services.
User Sign up Obligations
The participant needs to sign up for a user account by providing all required information in order to access or use the services.
You hereby agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as
prompted by the sign up process. Suspicion or failure to do so may result in our company, Experiential Math Solutions (“EMS”), terminating your account and refusing current or future use of any or all of our services.
You agree that you are responsible for your own use of the EMCC site and for your forum postings including uploaded files.
You agree that you will use the EMCC site in compliance with these Agreements, and all applicable national and international laws, rules and regulations, including copyright laws.
You agree that you will not use the EMCC site in any manner intended to damage or disable any
EMCC server and will not interfere with others’ use of the EMCC site.
You agree that you will not try to gain unauthorized access to the EMCC site, computer systems, or networks connected to EMCC or others' accounts, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
You agree that you will not obtain any information stored on the EMCC site other than the information intentionally made available through the EMCC site.
You agree not to misrepresent or attempt to misrepresent your identity while using the EMCC site.
You agree not to scrape, or otherwise download in bulk, any EMCC site content.
Strictly Prohibited Items
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE EMCC SITE:
Content that:
* discusses illegal activities
* threatens others
* is obscene
* contains viruses
* infringes on another’s IP
* contains intentionally inaccurate information
Restrictions on Use
In addition to all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, you shall not publish any personal or confidential information belonging to any person.
Copyright Use & Licensing
What is allowed
You can use the tasks, assignments, worksheets and examples from the EMCC site in your classrooms.
Not allowed
* You cannot upload EMCC materials on social media or other websites.
* You cannot use it in tutorial centres or for any commercial gain.
The rights to the content published on the website belong to Experiential Math Solutions and Experiential Math Content Creator. All rights are reserved.
Indemnification
The course is published with the good intention of empowering teachers and teacher trainees. Experiential Math Solutions is not responsible for any possible errors in the content of the course and hence it is not liable for damage.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by possible errors in the content of the website. Neither is EMS responsible for any harm caused by technical faults, or material which is linked to the site and published by third parties.
Certificate requirements:
You should complete the course (including all compulsory tasks, assignments, evaluations and reflection) within 3 months time.
You acknowledge that:
A. You have read the Terms of Service and accept the terms.
B. You agree to give us permission to use your selected homework to display on our website with acknowledgement.
C. You agree that you will not share your password with others after registration, to let anyone else access the EMCC site without enrolling.
D. You will submit your own work and will not submit others’ works for the assignments and tasks.
